There is an inconsistency between the two implementations of
{{{}AbstractPitrRestoreHandler.getBackupMetadata(){}}}.
{{DefaultPitrRestoreHandler.getBackupMetadata()}} correctly filters out
non-COMPLETE backups. However,
{{CustomBackupLocationPitrRestoreHandler.getBackupMetadata()}} does not do
this. It needs to be updated to also filter out non-COMPLETE backups.
