Roland Weber resolved HTTPCLIENT-715.

Resolution: Fixed
RoutedRequest moved to impl package, it's still useful for the
DefaultClientRequestDirector.
All tests and examples changed to not use RoutedRequest.
I am currently unable to run the examples because of a problem in my
environment.
I'll test them some other time.
