HttpParams doesn't document its key values

should either list the meaningful parameter names with the meanings of their
values, or should link to the other classes like HttpClientParams and
AuthParams that make it usable. Probably, each class that uses HttpParams
should also describe the meaningful values so that human readers find the
descriptions however we look for them.
