Folks I rebuilt the preview packages off the SVN trunk with all the latest changes
Please _do_ try to find a few minutes to review them. At the very least could someone please proof-read the release notes?
If there is no feedback, I'll start the official release vote no later than the day after tomorrow (Feb 17th)
