The issue was open as a Question, so I felt FIXED was appropriate. Feel free to change the resolution to something else.
But I think it's a bit unfair to penalise users for our mistake. I also think it's wrong for the web-site to contain Javadocs for a the wrong release.
The javadocs correspond to the latest official release which happened to be 4.1-alpha1. I am fine with deploying javadocs for 4.0.1 alongside
At the least, I think we should generate an archive with Javadocs and release that alongside the binary and source archives. I'll see about starting that later.
