Sebb resolved HTTPCLIENT-427.

Resolution: Fixed
CacheEntity is not inherently thread-safe, because external classes can affect
the byte array in non-threadsafe manner.
It is only threadsafe if the external classes behave themselves.
However, cloning the body array means that the class is now @Immutable.
Other issues also fixed.
