Please find attached a patch that adds some more acceptance tests to 
TestProtocolRequirements, as gleaned from Section 13 of RFC 2616, in terms of 
MUST and MUST NOT requirements. Existing code already passed these, so this is 
a net addition of passing unit tests.

This contribution is made with the consent of my employer, Comcast Interactive 
Media, and license is granted to the ASF for inclusion in ASF works.
