Agreed. I misunderstood why we suddenly were receiving this e-mail. An
alias was removed which caused this account mail to queue. It never
crossed my mind a user ( rsmith alias )would receive the list e-mail but
not unsubscribe or contact us. Thanks.

had to contact [email protected].

However, this bounced because the
alias/virtual user <[email protected]> you configured has not configured
this on their end.
Hence:
<[email protected]>:
64.191.91.5 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>: Recipient address
rejected: User unknown in local recipient table
This is just one of the moderators.
The e-mail was sent to the others.
So I need to get this resolved quickly and also if you could configure
another admin or remind the admin to set up an alias/virtual address to
match your configuration.
I've asked our mail admins to remove that moderator.
