Add Default ContentTypes

Currently there are only two defaults provided in the ContentType class. The
attached patch creates all of the same ContentTypes found in the
javax.ws.rs.core.MediaType class.
If accepted, these constants should be used in the new fluent API instead of
the ContentType class found in that codebase.
