[X] +1 Release the packages as HttpComponents Core 4.1.4.
[ ] -1 I am against releasing the packages (must include a reason).

PS:
Oleg, I couldn't locate the source README.txt file which goes into the
main distribution Zip file root. The copyright in the Zip file states
2005-2010 instead of 2005-2011 and I think we fixed these sometime back..
