It looks like the encoding for spaces has changed in 4.2.1 (and is
causing JMeter Gump test failures).

Previously, spaces in parameter values were encoded as +; it looks as
though spaces in parameters are now encoded as %20.

As far as I can tell  - see [1] - spaces should be encoded as +, not %20.
