New factory SessionBufferImplFactory and implementation
DefaultSessionBufferImplFactory and code to make use of them and support 3rd
party implementations. Found I had to deal with Session*BufferImpl instead of
Session*Buffer because BHttpConnectionBase uses them explicitly.
