Noah,
I partially applied the patch to SVN trunk. In particular I committed the
changes to HttpRequestBase and the common abortable request base but did not
commit BasicAbortableHttp*Request classes. I believe they are too Heritrix
specific and should be provided and maintained by Heritrix.
