It looks like it might be a mismatch between what I said the target is and what
I put in the request. In your snippet of code try replacing:
HttpHost target = new HttpHost("127.0.0.1", 8080)
with
HttpHost target = new HttpHost("127.0.0.1")
so that the target and request no longer agree.
