built from the RC tag following BUILDING.txt.

I still find it disconcerting that when I build, I do get a site in
target/site but the links to the modules are broken. I have to go to each
module's target/site directory to look at the site for that module.

Build on Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] aka Windows 7 with:

Apache Maven 3.0.5 (r01de14724cdef164cd33c7c8c2fe155faf9602da; 2013-02-19

Maven home: C:\Java\apache-maven-3.0.5\bin\..
Java version: 1.6.0_43, vendor: Sun Microsystems Inc.
Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_43\jre
Default locale: en_US, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: "windows 7", version: "6.1", arch: "amd64", family: "windows"

and for the Clover part:

Apache Maven 2.2.1 (r801777; 2009-08-06 15:16:01-0400)
