Patch committed to SVN trunk with some minor formatting changes. Many thanks
for contributing it to all people involved and especially to Simone (sorry
about referring to you by the wrong id).
There is one thing I noticed that probably could be optimized.
OSGiHttpRoutePlanner makes use of some regular expressions to match IPv4
addresses. It probably could re-use methods from InetAddressUtils.
