Run {quote}mvn clean docbkx:generate-html docbkx:generate-pdf{quote} to
generate HTML and PDF versions of the tutorial. As soon as you tell me
everything looks all right, I'll commit the patch. Do not forget to add
yourself to the list of authors (contributors).
