Minor note: "delivers" is misspelled at the beginning of the release notes. Not a blocker for release, but should probably get updated so it is fixed for the next release. Also: Kudos for the new release process, and especially thanks to Gary for learning it and running the release. Finally, thanks to Oleg, who has been running the releases by himself for a long time!
