We migrate to Apache git. We can deal with git hub later IMO. One thing at a 
time.

I'd be in favor of a switch; another open source project I track[1] saw a
big uptick in contributions after moving to GitHub.

Gary: are you proposing just switching to an Apache-hosted git server, or
having a GitHub-hosted repository (or both)?
