Currently InternalIODispatch creates LoggingAsyncRequestExecutor object and
this cannot be configured and no other event handler or logging facility can be
used.
I suggest to make event handler configurable via HttpAsyncClientBuilder and
have LoggingAsyncRequestExecutor as a default
