Francois-Xavier,
A couple of things. I've removed the extra constructor arg 'requestMethod' in
HttpCacheEntry which is now defunct and also the additional constructors since
the API is now unchanged. I've added code to add the Hc-Request-Method header
when a new HttpCacheEntry is created and some tests to go with it. Patch
attached.
