Individual HttpClientConnectionOperator implementations are expected to ensure 
proper resource deallocation depending on their mode of operation and inherent 
assumptions. DefaultHttpClientConnectionOperator#connect() can act under 
assumption of ManagedHttpClientConnection instance passed to it not being bound 
to any socket.
