The header documentation for HttpClientBuilder.java (in pkg:
org.apache.http.impl.client) states that when the 'useSystemProperties()'
method is invoked that system settings for http.nonProxyHosts will be honored.
However, the code never references that Property, nor does it seem that any
invoked code references that property. In testing, when that property has been
set, http calls still go through the Proxy.
Please fix so that when the property is set, http calls to one of the listed
hosts does not pass through the Proxy Server.
