Using the WindowsNegotiateScheme + a Windows HTTP proxy which expects windows
Auth.
The WindowsNegotiateScheme notes that authentication is needed, then asks the
Windows auth cache. However, it always asks for the target host credentials.
Even when the proxy is asking for the credentials.
