Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPASYNC-94.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
There is not much I can do about guesses and suspicions. Consider running your
server with connection management logging turned on as described here
http://hc.apache.org/httpcomponents-client-4.5.x/logging.html
I'll close the issue as 'cant reproduce' for now.
