Daneel,
(1) Map is not the right structure to represent a collection of headers or
trailers. It is perfectly legal for headers as well as trailers to have
multiple entries with the same name
(2) Why do we need a supplier for each and every individual trailers?
I suggest Supplier<Header[]> be used instread
If you happen to have spare time on your hands please consider using it to
extend the patch with support for server side trailers.
