Connection eviction policy is mentioned in 4.x documentation.

However, it is not mentioned explicitly in 3.x documentation. Does
org.apache.commons.httpclient.util.IdleConnectionTimeoutThread class can be
used in 3.1 [ for IdleConnectionMonitorThread given in above link] ?
