[~olegk] NTLMEngineImpl port looks fine. I note the changes you made to
CredSspScheme around the new ability for a scheme to accept or reject
credentials and that looks fine too. I hope there's no cases, however, where
the wrong scheme might be chosen because both NTLMScheme and CredSspScheme use
the same type of credentials?
