Right now, httpasynclient-osgi.jar requires commons-logging 1.1.x. It has the
following in Import Package in MANIFEST.MF:
org.apache.commons.logging;version="[1.1.0,1.2.0)"
Please increase this range to allow commons-logging 1.2.0.
