Hi Gary I moved Gradle scripts that I have developed over years to help me deal with the release process to GitHub https://github.com/ok2c/httpcomponents-release-tools There is no reason why this code should be in the ASF repo any longer. I am also in the process of rewriting the release guide using HttpCore 4.4.7 as a sample. https://github.com/ok2c/httpcomponents-release-tools/wiki The old Wiki page should be removed.
