I did. In 5.x {{HeaderValueParser}} no longer refers to a particular section of
any HTTP spec revision and essentially only defines an API without defining any
specific implementation details such element delineation.
{{BasicHeaderValueParser}} javadocs are pretty much non-existent and need to
written up.
