The hostname could still be provided as a parameter.
That would make it a bit easier to try different hosts.
[It would also be a conscious choice of the user.]
Separately, document what sort of host is needed for the test to work.
It looks as though http://nghttp2.org/httpbin/ may be suitable currently [1].
But it may change name again.
