HC 5 ClientPreemptiveBasicAuthentication vs. ClientPreemptiveDigestAuthentication

Hi All,

In git master, ClientPreemptiveBasicAuthentication works
but ClientPreemptiveDigestAuthentication fails with a 401.

Any clues?
