Building from the git RC tag on Windows 10 with Oracle Java 8 and 11 using:

mvn -V clean package -P!use-toolchains -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true

Apache Maven 3.6.0 (97c98ec64a1fdfee7767ce5ffb20918da4f719f3;

C:\git\httpcomponents-client>mvn -V clean package -P!use-toolchains
-Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true

(Lots of Javadoc errors on Java 8, hence the -Dmaven.javadoc.skip=true as
using our Maven profiles to change Javadoc behavior does not work)

Maven RAT check OK

Maven Clirr check OK

(I currently only have Java 8 and 11 installed on my new laptop.)
