Description:
It appears that under load a hc5 server will send an unexpected connection
reset to the client, here's a sample code that triggers the issue:

It seems that the default H1 config for maxHeadersCount ( -1) causes sporadic
connection reset errors making it fail simple apache bench load tests. Sample
