While working on branch {{consistent-use-authschemes#id}} I have noticed that
{{AuthenticationStrategy#select()}} assumes all keys to be lowercase authPrefs
are lowercased during comparsion. Unforatunately, the Javadoc of this method
does not document this at all which can leave to subtile bugs.
