Calling HttpClientBuilder.addExecInterceptorFirst or
HttpClientBuilder.addExecInterceptorLast without first using
addExecInterceptorBefore, addExecInterceptorBefore, or replaceExecInterceptor
results in a NullPointerException.
Unlike other builder methods addExecInterceptorFirst and addExecInterceptorLast
do not first do a null check to conditionally initialize the interceptors list.
