HTTPCLIENT-2120 added HTTP tunneling support for
{{{}InternalHttpAsyncClient{}}}. The pure HTTP/2 client implementations
({{{}InternalH2AsyncClient{}}}/{{{}MinimalH2AsyncClient{}}}) are still not
allowing connections through HTTP tunnel though. These implementations provides
request multiplexing over a single HTTP/2 connection - a feature not available
for {{{}InternalHttpAsyncClient{}}}.
