Oleg Kalnichevski resolved HTTPCLIENT-1378.
-------------------------------------------
Fix Version/s: 5.4-alpha1
(was: Stuck)
Resolution: Fixed
[~jamesrdf] There should no longer be an overlap in functionality between these
two classes after the caching module re-design in 5.4. Please let me know if
you think the caching policy classes should be further refactored / improved.

> As discussed in HTTPCLIENT-1370, both classes check the same thing in the
> request object for cache-ability, but handle edge cases differently. The
> repeated code should be removed and either CacheableRequestPolicy injected as
> a dependency into the ResponseCachingPolicy or the two classes should be
> merged into a single class.
