My understanding is that the segmented conn pool is a new implementation, and off-lock disposal is a new feature that has been added to the existing strict and lax conn pools. Is this correct?
I do think the off-lock disposal feature needs more detailed Javadoc. I can't currently find an explanation of what the feature actually does.
