I'm separating this out from everything else... I'd like to propose we move from moinmoin to Confluence.
While there are many advantages to Confluence, the one that I'm particularly interested in is superior support for images. If you upload a lot of screenshots, and such, Confluence is really a lot easier to use. Wikis without such support tend to not end up with many images -- witness Moinmoin's own documentation, for example. I'm not aware of any moinmoin advantages other than familiarity and being used by the main Hadoop project. It'll be really easy to move right now, but there's no great rush, either.
