Please correct me if I am wrong, I thought icons needed to be bundled in UI as
they are displayed in eclipse perspectives. Maybe we can put them in a
different folder like resources as in master.
As for o.a.hadoop.eclipse, your wish is to bundle the libs in the
o.a.hdt.release module rather a separate bundle. I think doing this way would
make it difficult to work in maven-tycho, as the release module is a fragment.
This module would pack srcs which would required dependencies from manifest
rather than generating a manifest. Here also if the issue is with namespace
like o.a.haddop then I could definitely rename it to something like
o.a.hdt.thirdparty
