JIRA clean-up and next steps

Sorry for spamming the mail boxes!  I was just clearing  up JIRA for
 0.0.1. We would require a new version in JIRA i.e. 0.0.2. Does anyone have
the karma to do so ?

Also I would like to know if there are some thoughts on the next steps ?
