Looks good to me. Some suggestions. The introduction is confusing. Second part of the document is pretty good, where ever possible add links to interfaces/code. A diagram might make it easier to explain the key terms (job, tasks, workflow etc). Another suggestion is the list out multiple scenarios in which Task Framework can be used.
