I can see the jar in central http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/helix/helix-core/0.6.7/ No idea (schedule) how mvnrepository is indexing new content. (Sorry I cannot help here) I can it see the release here http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cgav%7C1%7Cg%3A%22org.apache.helix%22%20AND%20a%3A%22helix-core%22
