I think this commit will be dangerous as it changes the behavior from what
Helix performed now. Our current users are relying on original behavior.
In addition, if the session reestablished, Helix lose the track of
partition state in the participant. Simply carrying over the previous state is
not a good idea. It is better not to make change happen unless there is a very
strong reason to make this happen. ---
