Thanks Loannis, we dont need those packages at runtime for Helix. Helix has
some tools that allows user to easily debug failure scenarios by coming up with
the exact sequence of failures.
Ideally we should move the classes which use these zookeeper package to move
out of helix-core. The tools package is bloated and we probably should move it
out of helix-core.
Will that solve the problem?.
