Not familiar with the feathercast thing. I agree that we should have
another release before graduation or in Q4 this year. I am assuming that by
"release helm chart" you mean push the chart to a public repo? Sounds good
to me. Also not sure about releasing "heronpy". Do we need a pip package or
something like that?
