Hi - Only the current releases should be found on https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/heron/ <https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/heron/>
The download page https://heron.apache.org/download <https://heron.apache.org/download> should be modified to point the older releases to https://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/heron/ <https://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/heron/> and then remove the older releases from list.apache.org.
