Hi Josh, I am completing the Limits and Requests testing section of the CLI on the current PR (https://github.com/apache/incubator-heron/pull/3741). I estimate completion of the code for testing by Friday with documentation to follow soon after that. I will clean up the Git commit history and resolve the merge conflicts as soon as the test suite is complete.
